Why Invest In Junior Miners (International Speculator)
A Junior Mining company mines for precious metals and other commodities and relies on its financing from capital markets. Think of juniors in a similar vein as a venture capital firms or even small, start up technology companies. Casey's International Speculator defines a junior mining company as a small-cap, high-profit company that is sitting on discoveries that could "explode" its profits, its values - and of course the value of its stock - in a matter of months. In particular, it focuses on gold and silver mining stocks.
Quite simply, juniors have extraordinary opportunities for returns, and if you time the stock purchase right, it could literally change your life (in a good way)!! If you've got cash available to invest (TIP: NEVER invest money you can't afford to lose!!) and have a tough stomach, the International Speculator is something you should consider.
Why do you need a tough stomach? Because, like investing in other 'venture capital firms', there's a high level of risk. You could lose money (remember, don't invest what you can't afford to lose!), but the potential for major returns exists.
History shows us that as the price of gold moves higher, investing in junior mining companies can be extremely profitable (check out some of the returns of juniors in the 70's and 90's.)
Of course, picking these stocks isn't easy for experienced investors. So, as relative novices, which most of us are unfortunately, we must do our due diligence. If we don't have the personal resources to travel around the globe seeing with our own eyes the mines, meeting the management, etc., then we must trust others to do so.
You can read more clicking www.caseyinternationalspeculator.info. The great thing is that there's no risk whatsoever in visiting and reading a bit more.
No matter what you do, make sure to do your due diligence, and invest ONLY what you can afford to lose!!
