How do I connect my RCA cables to my cdplayer if theres one blue subwoofer output & red & white inputs on amp? Do I connect my Rca cables to the one blue subwoofer output and use a Y cable to connect to the Amp with the red and white inputs? Or do I just connect the Rca's to the cdplayers rear outputs? I would do the first one, use the one sub RCA through one side of the RCA cables to an RCA y-cable. Since your stereo has a sub output, it's probable got a low-pass filter (lpf) and a sub level control built in to the stereo. This is what you want, this way you can control both the crossover frequency (via the lpf) and the sub level -through the stereo. It makes for easier adjustments. Have Fun!

For over 30 years, first quietly and slowly  and finally, loud and IN YOUR FACE, we know about Safe for the environment goods. Things that are recyclable, things that return to the ground, and THINGS THAT DON’T. Good recycles are applauded, bad ones are sometimes fined!

ON the surface, that seems logical and easy to follow.  It is NOT. Something critical is missing!

Buying a thing that is recyclable or that returns to mother earth IS NOT ENOUGH.

We need to buy those things made by democratic nations. Why? Stop laughing! Why does it matter
who makes something as long as it is environmentally friendly!? It matters a lot.

Prior to [in the last 50 years] 2008, Americans had “full employment,” a fairly safe place to live
and not too many people who wanted us “gone.”  We bought from any company, anywhere, that
was legal to buy from, PERIOD.

In time, however, our “full” employment began to disappear. While the term “full employment”
is an economics term, its consequences are common language terms. When we care
from whom we buy, we help assure ourselves of jobs for everyone who wants to work. When
we don’t care whom we buy from, our green maker jobs go to Communist and Socialist nations–whom we have fought in battle or whom we should fight now–nations who laugh at us while they sell us good. Nations that attack our computers, nations that grow Al Quedas members, nations that offer no freedoms for different members of their respective societies.

Remember Nike a few years ago? We got in an uproar when we heard that kids in unsafe shacks or manufacturing plants were getting sick or injured making our shoes. We demanded the importer of Nike Shoes stop those practices. Not sure if he did but we never heard about it again.

I assure you in mid 2009, today, we hear about our job losses. We should be hearing about them as OUT sourced goods being made in Socialist nations and in Communist nations are making our green goods and when they can, those nations will either con us in other ways, or attack us with human bombers or aerial bombers. Is this radical, unrealistic talk? No. The N. Koreans and Chinese attack our US defense computers every day of the week–seeking any weakness. Why would they care? Cause
they want to use our purchasing riches to arm themselves and attack our democracy.  Those are not random, insignificant actions. Our enemies are not inherantly rich; they can only attack us with our own money.

If we analyze where Democratic nations are that can make the goods we want to consume we can restrict our buying to European nations, many South American nations or we can do what we did before ww1 and ww11, we can act as “isolationists” and stop sending any jobs overseas!

Our federal government would immediately say “if we do that, some nations [China] who hold government bonds, will cash them in prematurely and harm our federal deposits.  Good. Let them and give them our newly printed dollars. Get rid of the obligation.

We residents of the USA cannot afford to seriously think that sending jobs overseas is any good for our economy. We had an unemployment rate of under 4% in 2007. Today, it is 5x that. We can return
to 4% if we stop OUT sourcing all jobs. We can if we stop buying anything from China.

We can if we return to “Made in America”!!!

CCNP possiblities? I'm graduating this spring (finance degree, IT minor), dont have a job lined up, and have no IT experience (but a long list of business experience). I'm aiming for a entry-level tech job then eventually a network analyst type role....BUT, if I'm able to finish all CCNP exams by the end of the semester, what are my chances of getting a decent job after graduation (decent=challenging + salaried with benefits)? I know I need experience to make any real money, but realistically, is at least 40-45k possible for a CCNP with no IT professional experience? BTW, I already passed the composite and am taking ONT exam next week. A lack of experience may hurt you. What have you been practicing on? Do you have a lab at home? How much hands on do you have in non-professional situations? These are the things that you are going to want to emphasize if you are trying to get a tech job. Look for IT services companies and government contractors. Where I work, a CCNP & a degree could easily get you $50k entry level - if you can show that you really know your stuff. Another option is trying to get on as a "Sales Engineer" for a Cisco channel partner, these are business people who have technical roots. If you can make a business case for installing a system, you will do well. One option you can try is to go to the Cisco website and try their "Locate a Cisco Partner" option. Use that list of companies to start applying. If you're really interested in Cisco, these are the companies that will have the upward mobility to go the farthest. Further, since their partner certification requires them to have a certain number of certified people, the CCNP is more valuable to them.

why is it with so many different races in this country we only consider the blk wht thing? for the record this is a blk(black) woman asking this question. belive me when I say I know we have alot of issues to get over with when it comes to black and white relations in this country. But if I'm not mistaken there are a hell of alot of other people in this country as while as cultures, shouldn't we take are new brothers and sisters in consideration. I think it is because of the slavery. Native americans were killed, silenced, denied (and still are), but they were never considered actual PROPERTY. To the racist white settlers, they were more like a local "nuisance", like a weed or tree or possum or something, that needed to be "tamed". Lumped in with "nature" as something to be controlled. But the slavery was so elaborate, to bring people long distances and sell them, then the intense CONTROL imposed. The personal connections between master and slaves were a lot closer than what whites would have had with the natives, who seemed remote, part of the wilderness or something. Certainly not IN your house, as the slaves were. Yeah, I think it's the interpersonal aspect of slavery that makes the tension so great and lingering. And then the rest? They all came as immigrants, giving them a "human" status that was never given to blacks or natives.
